DocuCertify™ is in the process of completing its registered trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office under U.S. Serial Number: 86479960. It belongs to owners of Silver Carp LLC - a Wyoming company.
For quite a while we have disputing our rights for trademark registration at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
